The Vanguard of Luxury Service
Standen Group are an organisation dedicated to delivering a bespoke, high end service to their clients. They are an elite real estate and luxury marine sales organisation currently focusing on the most prestigious real estate offerings in Sydney's Lower North Shore and exclusive, luxury motor yachts. A very unique combination.
Derringer was approached to create a brand that reflected a commitment to quality from the outset. Our approach was to create an identity and brand that allowed independent arms of the company (Standen Estate Agents and Standen Marine) to visually work under the same parent company – Standen Group. Our aim was to position the brand by communicating an established confidence and refined sense of sophistication which helped align this offering and allow Standen Group to be at the forefront of this unique commercial sector.
We then designed and produced an intuitive real estate portal that allows Standen Estate Agents to connect more effectively with their clients through a progressive cloud-based CRM platform, before, during and after sales. Derringer designed and developed their site to primarily enhance the user experience compared with other similar websites. This assisted in positioning their brand at the higher end of the market while the overall presentation of the site reflects their vision to establish a brand that is elegant and sophisticated.
Derringer were also tasked with designing and producing the environmental fit-outs of Standen Group's flagship retail spaces in Lane Cove, Pyrmont and Mosman, together with a comprehensive brand marketing package that would allow the company to grow quickly.
