Guilt Free Donuts!

Yep, that's right. Totally guilt free, sugar free, gluten free, but not taste free! I'm well underway on a big branding project with NOSHU Foods which is creating quite a buzz in the healthy snack food industry.

Rachel Bajada founded NOSHU in 2013 as a result of her ongoing struggle with a family history of diabetes, heart disease and inflammatory conditions. She was determined to control the future of her own health and that of her family, and found that the key to preventing the onset of these conditions actually meant avoiding sugar in all its forms, including refined carbohydrates and starches. Surprised by the limited range of available food products made without chemical sweeteners, gluten and grains, fruit, or ‘sugars in disguise’ such as agave, honey, glucose and fructose, Rachel decided to create alternatives.

She then began developing deliciously decadent foods without sugar or chemical sweeteners. Now a commercial reality, NOSHU offers a much-needed alternative for people seeking grain and sugar-free foods, or those simply looking for healthier options.

NOSHU launched with their version of a healthy donut. They taste amazing and it's been a fun product to work with. Stay tuned for more developments later in the year, they have big plans...
