Easy Asian Cuisine
Adam Liaw is an Australian celebrity cook, author and popular television presenter, best known as one of the first winners of MasterChef Australia.
We've worked with Adam and Hachette Australia over the last few years to design and produce several books which are aimed at a very commercial 'home cooking' market. The overall idea was to make these titles accessible to those wanting to understand and cook easy Asian cuisine – something that can be quite intimidating if you are not familiar with Asian ingredients and flavours. In both books, Adam presents a well balanced and considered selection of dishes, designed to make cooking and sharing great meals with friends and family easy. All images are beautifully shot by photographer Steve Brown.
